KeeBook Online Library - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to KeeBook Online Library(tm). By selecting "I agree" and then clicking the "Create Account" button at the bottom of this page, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Terms of Service. KeeBoo Corp. provides the KeeBook Online Library service (the "Service") to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. 2. Description of Service
The KeeBook Creator(tm) software, another product by KeeBoo Corp., enables users to create "books" containing content they have created or have the right to further use and distribute to others, and to publish those on third-party Web sites. KeeBook Online Library currently offers users access to a personal homepage service for providing links to these published "books".
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new KeeBook Online Library resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device.

3. Restrictions
You may connect to, use, and display KeeBook Online Library for personal purposes, to provide links to "books" containing content you have created or have the right to further use and distribute to others. For the purposes of this Terms of Service, "personal purposes" means something you do for pleasure outside of a business context, and for which you are not paid any compensation, such as creating a photo album of your family vacation that includes online content about locations you may have visited which you have chosen to include in your "book."

4. Privacy Protection
KeeBook Online Library enables you to provide links to the "books" you want to make available to others. You should therefore be aware of the fact that any information included in your books or in the "library" itself, whether it is private or not, may become publicly available.
Under no circumstances shall KeeBoo Corp. be held responsible for the spread and forward use or misuse of the information you make public through KeeBook Online Library.

5. Third Party Content
You agree that you will not incorporate any content in any "book" or other materials referenced in KeeBook Online Library, which you do not have the right to use, display, reproduce or distribute. Content available for viewing on websites may be subject to copyright and other restrictions, and KeeBoo Corp. is not responsible for any use or misuse of any third party content which you acquire and redistribute using KeeBook Online Library. You agree not to use KeeBook Online Library to circumvent any technical means employed by third-party content providers to limit or prevent the further copying or distribution of such content. You agree to indemnify and hold KeeBoo Corp. harmless against any loss, expense, damages or liability, including, without limitation, any reasonable attorneys' and expert witness fees, arising from any claim, suit, action or proceeding ("Claims") arising from your use or misuse of any content (whether created by a third party or not) in connection with KeeBook Online Library.

6. Licit Content
You agree that you will not incorporate any content in any "book" or other materials referenced in KeeBook Online Library that may be illicit, immoral or otherwise objectionable. Content incorporated in books shall not create confusion, dilute a third party's trademark or invade the privacy of a third party.

7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL KEEBOO CORP. OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) IN CONNECTION WITH KEEBOOK ONLINE LIBRARY OR THIS TERMS OF SERVICE.

8. Privacy
By agreeing to the terms of this Terms of Service, you agree to the terms of KeeBoo Corp.'s then-current privacy policy with respect to the information KeeBoo Corp. may obtain through your signing up and use of KeeBook Online Library.
